Cecilia Cambre, from Baja California, Mexico, is an authorized Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher by Vijaya Kumar in Mysore, India. She has over five years of training in India and certifications in Vinyasa (500 hrs) and Sivananda Yoga (200 hrs).
With more than six years of teaching across different continents, she sees yoga as a path to inner peace and spiritual growth. Her mission is to guide others to reconnect with their authentic self through this practice.
