The EXPERIENCE
In Sanskrit, SANKALPA means "intention". The SANKALPA experience is to co-create an opportunity to immerse in spiritual practice of Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga as one. This immersion embodies intentional actions within your practice on ways to learn how to give your body what it needs to do its own job and heal.
Through guided meditation, kriyas, asanas, pranayama, and mantras, this ancestral wisdom guides us directly in the experience of exploring deep within themselves to break bonds of the old self and thought patterns into a complete transformation of mind, body, and spirit. The masterclass in Akenara Yoga system of combines Vinyasa Krama + Prana Vidya (the wisdom of vital energy) + Balance of Solar (Surya) and Lunar (Chandra) energies.
