Month of Love with Estas Tonne
On the 16th and 18th of this February, we had the honor to host a Sound Journey and an Internal Flight Experience by none other than Estas Tonne.
Estas Tonne is a modern-day troubadour who has been traveling around the world with his guitar for over two decades and sharing music solo or in collaborations. The world is his oyster, and he finds inspiration in its cultural richness and diversity. His music reflects many influences and stories, merging elements of classical structure, techniques of Flamenco, roots of Gypsy, as well as characteristics of Latin and electronic soundscapes.
Estas plays an array of styles which flow into each other harmoniously, reaching out differently every time, always in a unique form and melody. He is a charismatic being who is committed to artistic expression and the authentic unfolding of music. Authenticity and self-renewal make him explore the individuality of sound and the possibilities of how the sounding source can create a space that arises creatively and that at the same time allows the listener to momentarily adapt it – for the purpose of wellbeing and for the purpose of a shift.
The Internal Flight Experience on the 18th was an invitation to discover sound, movement and silence as gateways to inner expansion, where there is no longer a musician versus his audience but one circle of beings open to meet their inner guide through various channels of expression. A decade has passed since Internal Flight was born as a signature sound journey, and 10 years later, we transitioned from static listening to a wholesome experience engaging the body and using the dynamics of sound and movement to access subtle inner pathways and states of presence with the aim of reaching a point of inner shift.
The Sound Journey by Estas Tonne on the 16th of February was a sacred space where sound met silence in a ceremony, to discover music as a tool for an inner shift. This sound experience was created spontaneously, in the moment, and music became an expression and co-creation of the One Heart of all participants. We are so happy with how it turned out and glad to have these images as sweet memories to look back on. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
