During RestAura Experience 2021, we had the great joy and honour to launch and host a co-creative culinary concept called Chef’s Jamming. This concept was led by chef Ricardo Muñoz Zurita in symbiosis with chef Maximiliano Sola, chef Willy Sal García, chef Isais Perez, chef Misael De Jesús and chef Jonatan.

So, it happened. What a journey! RestAura Experience 2021 occurred when people had been locked inside for more than a year. If we could only share the love, the peace, the trust, the acceptance, the enoughness, and all the gratitude we lived during these days. So this is the intention of these lines, to share and thank. We believe that building a space is building a dream. Our dream is to live as one with nature itself, to give life to each branch, to weave with roots, to build with what the earth gives us. By using bio-architecture systems, we built a space to cohabitate with nature, by combining ancestral design elements and processes with our contemporary vision.
