Krishna began studying yoga in 1970 and has passionately taught Kundalini yoga and self awareness for over 40 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her teaching in Africa, Mexico, and inner cities throughout the united states. A master teacher trainer, she conducts workshops and trainings in Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

KIRTAN AND MUSIC

A husband and wife duo known for their soulful, percussion-driven music and wisdom teachings. Ppauline, a billboard acclaimed musician, and Grammy-nominated percussionist Akah share their passions for healing through sound and soul, blending masculine and feminine: the deep roots of sacred chant traditions with the spirit of song.

HATHA YOGA

His introduction to yoga was at the age of 8, when he studied Hatha yoga for 3 months. In 2012 he was introduced to the Ashtanga Vinyasa method of practice which connected him to the elements of yoga, taking him on a journey to self discovery. Arun has been sharing his traditional style of practice with a strong base in yoga and capoeira for over 4 years.

His work for the Pachamama Wisdom House revolves around our sacred relationship with Mother Earth, and the healing power of medicinal plants along with his clinical psychology degree. Abuelo Julio sustains spiritual ceremonies and has shared knowledge with many ancient traditions in Mexico and Central and South America.

Heir to a lineage of healers, his grandfather was a healer and his mother a midwife. Abuelo Agustín has been a sobador a traditional chiropractor, for two decades, and for the last decade he has followed the path to promote wellbeing and health in his patients. His mother tongue is maya.
