Our New Year’s Dinner is a creation of Ricardo Muñoz Zurita. He has traveled the entire country, studying its cuisines, which he has taken practically all over the world, including UNESCO, achieving that Mexican cuisine became intangible heritage of humanity.
Master chef, lecturer and owner of the restaurants Azul y Oro, Azul Condesa and Azul Histórico. Named prophet and custodian of Mexican cuisine by Time magazine, Chef of the Year, and one of the 50 Most Influential People, just to mention some of the more than 50 awards and tributes he has received.
