8:30 am – Ashtanga Yoga

10:30 am – Hatha Yoga
A gentle encounter with presence: steady postures, mindful breath, and inner stillness to restore balance and harmony.
4:30 pm – Vibrational Sound Journey
Surrender to the healing resonance of gongs and Tibetan bowls. The vibrations guide you into deep states of meditation and renewal, carrying you beyond words.

8:30 am – Kundalini Yoga
Awaken the serpent of energy within. Through breath, mantra, and movement, this practice elevates the spirit and expands consciousness.
10:30 am – Yoga Sanas

2:00 pm – Jungle Gym Obstacle for Kids

5:00 pm – Cacao Ceremony “Corazón de Cacao”

7:00 pm – Mezcal Tasting at Maia Restaurant
Spirit in a glass: artisanal mezcal, crafted by ancestral hands, to honor the earth and its gifts.
Sunday
5:30 am – Sadhana with Gurushabd Singh Khalsa
At dawn, before the world awakes, we gather in discipline and devotion. Guided by Gurushabd Singh Khalsa—disciple of Yogi Bhajan and guardian of the Kundalini tradition—this sacred practice becomes music, mantra, and meditation for the soul.
8:30 am – Hatha Yoga
A gentle morning flow to integrate breath and body after the sacred silence of sadhana.
10:30 am – Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh
Led by the luminous Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, co-founder of Golden Bridge Yoga and global teacher of Kundalini, this session is a rare offering. A pioneer of spiritual awakening through movement, she brings a powerful presence that awakens heart and soul.
12:30 pm – Afro Dance
Rhythm as prayer. A vibrant dance to embody freedom, joy, and ancestral energy.
2:00 pm – Ice Bath
Enter the water, breathe, release. The cold awakens vitality, strengthens resilience, and clears the mind.
2:00 pm – Kids Expressive Arts & Crafts
A sacred space for children to explore imagination through art, color, and creation.
4:30 pm – Temazcalli
Step into the womb of the earth. The temazcal purifies body and spirit, guiding us back to the elements and the essence of being.
5:00 pm – Honoring Mexico
A closing ceremony of music, offering, and gratitude—a collective prayer to the spirit of Mexico and its eternal legacy.
